Yes, all walk-ins are welcome, no appointment needed within our trading hours.

Turnaround time depends on the garment and the work required. For general work, we usually give you 3-5 business days.

Yes, we offer bridal alterations. Appointments are required for wedding dresses. 

Yes, we repair seams, hems, linings, zips, buttons, and general garment damage where possible. 

We can provide a rough estimate, but accurate pricing usually requires seeing the garment in person.

 Yes, garments are pressed where required before collection. 

Yes, depending on the garment. Delicate fabrics, beading, lace, silk, designer pieces, and lined garments require careful assessment before quoting. We will always explain any risks or limitations before starting. 

Yes, please bring garments in clean condition. This is especially important for everyday clothing, uniforms, and garments that have been worn. Some delicate or formal garments may require dry cleaning before alteration. 

Some leather, denim, and heavy fabric alterations may be possible depending on the garment and construction. These items need to be assessed first, as they often require special handling.
